I don't carry grudge with me because it is ahindrance to happiness. If i have felt a thing to a person - like a grudge for someone. I make it a point to unload this the soonest possible time. Because this is just an added load on burdensome. It doesn't build or draw positive energies in life but rather stress. Why carry it all along in life if it will just create a feeling of heartache and lonesome in life. I am a positivist and see life as a wonderful thing.

I never hold any grudges. As much as i try to.. i cant!
I forgive and forget...
well, i dont ALWAYS forget but i do forgive!! : ]

right now, yes, one. pride is a funny little thing, isn't it? about the forgiving thing, sometimes i just find myself forgetting without actually forgiving
