The only movie that repeatedly makes me cry every time I see it is Brian's Song (1971). It's also probably the only movie that just about every guy that's seen it will admit to crying to.
It's an inspiring true story of friendship and courage based on the real-life relationship between Chicago Bears teammates Brian Piccolo and Gale Sayers and the bond established when Piccolo discovers that he is dying.
The movie stars James Caan and Billy Dee Williams. Sayers and Piccolo were the first black/white teammates assigned to room together with the Bears, and the story of their friendship is incredible. The speech by Sayers at the awards banquet alway makes my eyes leak. Especially moving because it's a true story.
The movie was remade years later, but I haven't seen that version.
Here's a link to the original:

And, okay, I did cry over G-Baby in Hardball, too.

Hmm...I'd say Titanic, but I'm sure a lot of people will say that, so I think I'd go with Pay It Forward:
A school social studies assignment leads to social changes that spread from city-to-city. Assigned to come up with some idea that will improve mankind, a young boy (Haley Joel Osment) decides that if he can do three good deeds for someone and they in turn can "pay it forward" and so forth, positive changes can occur. What appears to initially be a failure, is indeed a success that is not immediately known but is traced backwards by a reporter who is a benefactor. The initial recipients of the boy are a drug addict (James Cavaziel), his badly scarred school teacher (Kevin Spacey), and a classmate who is constantly bullied by his peers. While physically and mentally scarred by past events, the teacher is not the only one bearing scars. The young boy fears his mother's fate, particularly at his brutal, alcoholic father's (Jon Bon Jovi) hands. The mother also bears scars from her childhood with a homeless, alcoholic mother (Angie Dickinson).

Tristan and Isolde... its was one of those classi folk tales you just couldnt stand almost like Romeo and JUliet but this dreadful love story made so much sense. Plus it had James Franco in it and he knows how to acts the whole "I am a lost dying in pain" kindof actor. It rips you apart in each scene. And the end!!! i hate those little captions at the end it mad it worse for it went on to say how Isolde never moved on and leads you to assume she killed herself!!! and she was pregnant!!! UGH THE AGONY! watch the movie and you'll see. I cry and get depressed each time. WHY GOD...WHY?!! lol...

There was this movie we had to watch in 6th grade called "Life is Beautiful", it was about this Jewish family in the Holocaust. It was really say. It made me cry. Its hard to believe that intelligent people can believe such horrible things and act so hostiley towards another human, without really knowing the person they are being hostile towards!
