All Nudibranch's eat 1 specific thing.
Once there food runs out, they die.
Eg. you can have a Nudibranch that will only eat leather corals, once your leather coral is gone, the Nudi Will starve to death.
Most people buy them to get rid of a specific problem in there tank.
If yours has been stuck to the filter intake for that long, It's Probably dead.

Pull the uptake tube off after turning off the filter. If it's alive, it should begin to move.

This is a common problem with nudibranchs and small anemones. If i't alive, I would recommend putting some netting (old aquarium net or piece cut from old panty hose) over the filter to prevent this happening in the future.
