lol Wishing on a star is never a waste of time. Why would it? It just takes a few seconds to wish (i hope lol). Would you want to be in a rush for the rest of you're life, and one day realize that you never made time just for a simple wish in your thoughts?

Technically yeah, because why waste your breath on a flash of light in the sky that, quite possibly, has already burned out and is no longer there in real time?
Figuratively, no. It's never a waste of time to dream. Dreams help me to achieve the greatest feats.

ya know....i havent wished on a star in the sky in a LONGGGG time. i kinda stopped because it never seemed to come true.
however, falling stars; have seemed to work. so, whenever i see one...i'll wish!
aside from that, i've made a wish jar. whenever i wanna wish something, i write my wish on a sheet of paper and make that paper into an origami star. & so far, it's worked for me.
ehehehe.

no i don't think so, because when you are feeling down and you look up and see beautiful stars glistening in the sky, the feeling of just wishing on that star should make your eyes water :). when i lost my mother i would sit outside for hours and hours and stare at the sky and it would seem that the stars would be glistening for me

No, who said that!! do it all the time and its actually pretty fun. Well, ok, I dunno about the whole wasting time thing but its quite fun........i mean its almost become like an important part of my life....wishing on a star at night....just before going to bed...... *sigh*
