I=Q/t=
I=50E-6/3E-3=0.0167 A

E=Pt
P= VI
E=V I t = V (Q/t) t
E=V Q = 240 x 50 E-6 = 0.012 Joules
E= 12 mJ

P=VI = 240 x 0.0167 = 4.01 W
