Contact the U.S. Postal Inspectors, I don't think they will like this too much, it;sa Federal offense.

What is the issue? Getting your mail or throwing away trash? If it is getting your mail best to complain to the Post Office as it is possibly a Federal offense.

Stealing mail is a Federal offense. Get the police involved. I assume you have no other ties with this person and could care less if they go to prison.

I think that's illegal, federal offense... you should probably tell him that... and that you're going to have to contact the cops if he wants to continue this game
