Start taking acting classes near by and work on your force and flow with words. Also get into prominent performing arts programs in your area where scouts will be present at the shows. You'll have a better chance that way. Best of luck! :)

Sorry kid, impossible without the famous relative. If you want to be an actress, you can do that in Flint. Just start in the school plays and as you gain experience and discove if you have ability, you can take acting lessons and after you have enough experience, you can try to get an agent they are free but hard to get/ all this will take more than three years, but not much if you are good and have the right look.
