Yes it seems they would care. I can just see it now out there in a whaling boat and here comes some righteous activist hollering to pull over saying they are here to prevent the killing of whales. There you'd be caught in a rock and a hard spot with you mouth open with a hook in your hands. No way would I get caught in that position.

Yea I think would be pretty pissed. Although knowing some Americans they wouldnt care as long as the whales were not American. lol
