I don't see why not. That's how they would do it on their own in their natural environment.

Yes, only if the bee is alive. Because only live insects stimulate the trap hairs of carnivorous plants. It will not digest a dead bug because it can't distinguish between it and a drop of rain water or other inert things that can fall in as it has no way to taste or smell.
