well,
im 13 and i get complements all the time for my makeup.
it gets easier with time.
foundation/concealer,
dont use to much.
also, dont use fingers because you are more likely to miss spots.
use a round sponge.
make sure you get under your chin and a little on neck,
to avoid makeup line.
i recomend dream matte mousse but you can apply with fingers because of the formula..
eyeliner is trickier.
on the bottom, i recomend practicing this at night.
make sure you get right on the bottom lid.
the skin that makes up your bottom eyelid?
blahh anyway
it may tickle/hurt and make your eyes watery but dont worry thats normal.
on the top lid, you should try that when your experienced more.
mascara is easy. just swipe it on your lashes.
only top though.
to get clumps out, get a lash comb.
oh and NEVER EVER sleep with makeup on.
this causes pimples/ stys/ and maybe health problems?
idk.
i hope this helps! and sorry it was so long!
good luck!
(ps good place to find cover up powder/concealer is a drug store. CVS, walgreens. even target, walmart have makeup. also i love using covergirl and maybelline.)
