what if....said tiger went into a camp and klnocked over a can of black paint...(the paint is just there i dont know why) whne it dries the tigers stripes meshed wiht the new coat of paint have created a new design...techically the tiger changed his stripes

You know what, that's an interesting quesiton. But I doubt it , their actually skin under the fur is striped though =).
