If she used you, that is her fault and you can not change that and she can not change that either as a matter of fact. Trust has been broken and odds are if you dwelt over it for three years, you'll never choose to forget that about her. Life is too short to worry about the things people do to us, we can only control ourselves and how we choose to deal with that is our choice. Time to let go.

Look for a new circle of friends. Not sure If you are Lesbian. You did not say. However, there are women's group, or your Gay Lesbian Community Center. Or just hang outs to find new friends. Just do that and trust me after new people in your life your EX is going to be history for good!
