Im flying to Fla and my sister who lives there is ill, can I get internet in the air, I'm flying Virgin air....please help quick

No, unless you have a wireless PC card that you pay a fee for monthly use.

Not in the air. FAA rules prohibit the use of wireless technology. You can't turn on a cell phone, your supposed to disable wireless on your laptop, if so equipped if you use the laptop during flight.

Wouldn't matter, because it won't work - due to the FAA rules the plane won't provide a wireless access point of Internet service.

I am almost sure you cannot. You will be able to get Internet in either airport, but not in the air. some planes have a phone that will allow you to access your email, but it varies from fly to fly.

Call Virgin Air and ask them. They were talking about putting it on their new planes but it would depend on which plane was on your flight.

NOT while you're in the air.
But at the airport, there is likely to be wireless. Most airports have it now.

if u have that thing where u get unltd internet than i think so but if u dont i would say no because ther is no internet in the sky!
