Question : Find (Laplace transform of) : L{f(t)}

Please help - I have no idea even where to start here!

EDIT AGAIN; The integral is not a ramp delayed by one unit; that ramp would start at -1 at t = 0. I have deleted my first answer.

since f is 0 on (0,1), the integral starts from 1
you have
L(f)(s)= integral from 1 to ∞ of (2t-2)e^(st) dt

dazzling after the u's, do they provide you some consistent fee? conceivable interior this variety of pi or something? With what i'm familar with, there shold be some subscript consistent after the u's...
