JFK always gets credit for this, but somewhere buried in my mind, I vaguely remember that this came from someone else, Kennedy just borrowed it.
For some reason, I want to say it was either Ceasar or one of the other ancients.
I'll have to check.

I'm pretty sure it was JFK John F. Kennedy the U.S. President who was assasinated in 1963. It was at his inauguration speech I'm pretty sure.
