i don't know why people are thumbing down the eyeshadow trick. it's cheap and easy to apply...all you need is a brow brush, and it will look more natural than a brow pencil.
i mean, sure you can go ahead and spend 30bucks on a eyebrow kit which basically has some eyebrow shape stencils, brush, and "brow" powder--which is basically an eyeshadow--or you could spend 6dollars on an eyeshadow and if you had to apply it with a qtip and you would get the same result.

i've never done this but i have a relative who has, they got it tattooed on at a spa that has a very good eyebrow lady. she didn't just to a line she did many little lines that made it look exactly like eyebrows. the only reason i could tell is because i knew she was doing it, otherwise i would not have noticed at all.

you know i think bare minerals has an eyebrow kit and its not a pencil its like mineral shadow but for ur eyebrows so you can look into that and keep searching different eyebrow kits and stuff so hopefully that helps :] also i think mac might have some stuff other than pencils too but im not too sure if macs products would give you a very natural look. good luck!

I would try the Bare Minerals eyebrow kit, or just a basic eyeshadow shade that is a touch darker than your natural shade. Congratulations on defeating cancer! My mom is also a survivor...if you can beat cancer you can do ANYTHING!!! :)

Sephora offers a lot of options too. http://www.sephora.com/browse/section.jhtml?view=all&categoryId=S10515

congratulations !!! you don't need the 30.00 brow kit by bare minerals, you can just get the brow shadow (11.00), in a shade matching your hair clolor. bare minerals by bare escentuals is the only brand of make-up actually recommended by the national skincancer foundation.

dye them a color that matches your skin tone well.
you dont have to use anything permanent. theres a brand called Pulse (in an orange packaging) and you can get it at any rite aid, walgreens, dwane reade, ect. its like a mouse that temporarily dyes it for like 2 weeks. its not clumpy or anything and should turn out really well.
btw: HIGH FIVE! YOU SURVIVED CANCER!!!! im so proud of you...
