The Eric Clapton unplugged was the one that interested me the most. But LIVE unplugged was a great show too. Pearl Jam wasn't bad at all. I would've liked to watch Alice In Chains though.

Oh boy, there are so many I love...R.E.M., Bjork, Joe Walsh, Nirvana, The Cranberries, La Ley, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Tori Amos, The Cure, The Allman Brothers, Alicia Keys, Los Aterciopelados, K.D. Lang, and it goes on...but the three I have listened to the most and know so well are Bob Dylan, Alice in Chains and Neil Young.
