There is no final decision until the Supreme Court decides whether or not to make a decision.
The rule of law is:
1. Congress and the president pass a law.
2. The courts decide whether the law is Constitutional. The SC has the final word.

Thank goodness for Judge Aiken. Kudos to her for upholding the plain intent of the fourth amendment.

Yes I do. No President or legislature should have the right to alter the constitution on their own hook. That duty is for the people as prescribed by the constitution.

I applaud her decision as a defeat for America and its' citizens in the war on terror.... It's a true victory for the terrorists and jihadists..... Yet another example of the Clinton legacy; he nominated her.... Hopefully, the Supreme Court will reverse this judicial tradegy.....

It's about time. I have been waiting for 6 yrs. I'm tired of Bush and his lies, all in the name of "homeland security". Bush is the terrorist against the American people.

I don't think it counts. It is, after all, in the 9th circuit area, where judges' rulings are known primarily for their entertainment value.

Another liberal judge trying to make her own rules and laws instead of upholding them
