Abbey - Spelling looks funny
Abigail (Abby) - Sounds too old
Alexis (Ally or Lexi) - Love it, Lexi is a great nickname!
Amelia (Millie) - Amelia Badilla... wasn't that a strange book?
Eleanor (Ellie, Nellie) - WOW.. way to old!
Elizabeth (Ellie, Liz, Betty) - NO
Emilia (Millie) - NO
Eve - Evangaline, nickname Eve or Eve'e
Hermione (Miny, Minnie) - Could figure out how to pronounce it
Imogen (Imo, Ginny) - Sounds like imagen... My aunt is named Ginny... it is different. Everyone calls her Jenny.
Mercy - Sounds funny
Patience (Paishe) - I like Syrenity better
Tabitha (Abby, Tabby or Tibby) - Cute
So... out of all your names listed Alexis and call her Lexi is the best! Middle name... not sure, but something that sounds pretty feminine. Good luck!

I like Imogen the best.....what a beautiful name. There's something so serene and sweet about it. It's very classic, yet it also sounds very modern.....but not silly like so many of the names you hear people pick nowadays. I hate Ginny as a nickname, though. How about Emmie/Immie?
Also, Minnie and Nellie sound like people that would be playing bridge at the convalescent home. Tibby is the worst, though. That sounds like a cat.....
Abbey - 5....makes me think Abbey Road.
Abigail (Abby) - 7....I like Abigail. Pretty and old fashioned.
Alexis (Ally or Lexi) - 2. Overused. And Lexi? Sounds like a porn star.
Amelia (Millie) - 1. Makes me think Amelia Bedilia.
Eleanor (Ellie, Nellie) - 6. I like Eleanor, it's pretty and you don't hear it too often. How about Elle as a nickname?
Elizabeth (Ellie, Liz, Betty) - 1. Common and boring.
Emilia (Millie) - 1. Weird spelling of Amelia.
Eve - 10. I really like this one. It's simplistic & beautiful.
Hermione (Miny, Minnie) - 0. Makes me think hermaphrodite, which they'd certainly tease a kid with..... and I don't like the nicks, either.
Imogen (Imo, Ginny) - 10. Love Imogen.
Mercy - 9. Also simplisitc and beautiful..... and not a common name at all.
Patience (Paishe) - 2. Not crazy about Paishe.
Tabitha (Abby, Tabby or Tibby) - 1. Just don't like it.
