Quagmire's hilarious! but I think the Old Pedophile is the worst, cause at least the women Quagmires with "know" he's there. Lol. I can out-giggidy Quagmire himself.
But I suppose they're both repulsive.

If you're going solely on sleazy, I'd say Quagmire...the old pedophile doesn't seem to really know what he's doing most of the time. lol.

Quagmire is the most sleazy.
The old guy is just ludicrously funny. Did you see that episode where he had the dream sequence as Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors, singing "Somewhere That's Green"? It was priceless.
