Hello I'm moving from dish to comcast. How can i pass my recorded shows from dish DVR to my new comcast DVR?

I have about 40 hr of recorded shows i dont want to lose.

You probably can't without a painful playback on one and record on the other (assuming no macrovision protection).

Different encryption, different file systems, content protection, etc..
