All of middle school was horrible....just know that there is light at the end of the tunnel, when you get into your 20's. That's going to come a lot faster than you think too. There will always be idiots, there will always be shallow people and the rest but you'll have your own space and place to choose who you want in your life and who you don't.

I had to change schools in the middle of the year in 8th grade. One class I was the only girl & I felt so uncomfortable. When I made some girlfriends they were all jealous tho, so it wasn't all that bad I guess.
I know those types. Just don't ever stoop to their level. Most ppl who ever amount to anything are usually set apart from the rest of the crowd anyways.
Hang in there & don't change a bit!

I remember being really shy, but I thought the popular boys were cute (of course!)- well it turned out that the one I liked the most asked me to dance at a school dance and I found out that it was on a dare. That hurt. I was just pretty much a shy loner. Now I'm 53- yep, it'll happen to you too- and a lot faster than you think believe it or not!- and I'm not shy at all anymore. I am totally in charge of my own life and I love everything about it!!!!

My story is big lol! :]
Probably having to change schools because of this psycho girl.. who's family stalked me, and reported me to the police every week.. then when I was at my new school, she stood at the gate one morning and told everyone huge lies, so I had no friends for months.
Then she came back later in the year, and did the same thing, only much worse. So bad, that everyone was on my back because she'd said I did drugs and starred in porn, and had 3 abortions, raped animals and children.. I was thinking.. 'Why would she think up something so sick?' she's dissapeared now, after we told the school who told the police..but I'm still waiting for her to return and have another go.

When I was in seventh grade, my best friend told me that her parents were not letting her have a birthday party. I called her on her birthday, because I thought that she would be down about it, but I heard music, talking, and laughing (an obvious party) in the background. I said, "I thought you'd be upset about your parents not letting you have a party, so I called to cheer you up. It sounds like a bad time though. I'll see you Monday." She started to say something, but I just hung up. She tried to apologize to me on Monday, but I told her I would talk to her, but never about that. To this day, I haven't. It still makes me feel bad to think about it, and it's been seventeen years. I mean, she must have told everyone not to tell me when she handed out invitations. I'm glad she got fat.

In 7th grade some boy asked me out and I said no. Well later on in 9th grade I asked him out and he just laughed at me. Sad to say I didn't date til I was 17.

Getting picked on for being so DAMN COOL.

JUST KIDDING... people make me laugh.

My most depressing memory is liking a girl who I knew liked me as well but I wasn't in the 'right crowd' so she refused to give me the time of day. It sucked. People can be so stupid.

honestly, my middle school years are a blur... I remember much from grade school, and much from high school... but middle school was so very bad that I've erased most of it from my memory banks
good luck, honey... this time will pass and you'll find lasting friendships later in your life... stick it out... you will survive
