I have a friend who will have a 2 hour conversation about how she tries to get attention from a guy if she likes him. I find the stories she tells me very cheesy, uncool and immature. For instance she liked a guy so she found it hilarious that she pretended her ankle was hurting so another guy would bend down and fuss all over her and have other girls calling at her while she created this scene, and she said she enjoyed feeling like a queen. Also she says she notices guys looking at her hands and she loves having her nails done and always mentions that people comment on her nails. She says her teeth are inwards but a dentist says they are more attractive so she mentions that guys ask her to smile. She also mentions if a guy during the day opened the door for her or flirted with her. Maybe she is just having fun..but i feel this is all i have to listen to and although i don't mind once or twice its always about her loving the attention. Is she immature talking this way at age 20?

it's VERY immature. from the way you were talking at the beginning, i thought she was 14 or 15!! not 20! 20 year olds shouldn't be worrying about their nails, faking injuries, or spending all their time talking about guys. a decent 20 year old would be out there studying at a college or trying to make a decent living! i advise you to make new friends before you become like her, like so totally materialistic! get my drift? :]

I think it is pretty much a human response there. She is going to think he has cheated, and she more than likely is thinking he has cheated or she would not have ask in the first place. He could be a little slow and is thinking why is she asking me some thing like that and is also thinking of a correct answer. Because no matter how he does answer it he is pretty much doomed anyway. There should be a great deal of trust between them and one should never ask that sort of question.

Maybe she lacks attention from her father or brother (if she has one), so when she gets attention from other guys, she feels special.
