wen was at hospital; had scan emergency scan didnt see anythin i did say that i couldnt remember date of period wen was asked but she thinks i am 6weeks gone but didnt see anythin so do u think i am less that 6weeks

Yes it can mean its too early yet for them to see anything.
However, it can also mean a chemical pregnacy and there is no fetus(baby)and its just the body playing tricks.
I would wait 2weeks and have it redone if you haven't had a period or you are still testing positive for pregnacy.

When I had an ultra sound last year at 5 1/2 weeks they couldn't even see a fetal pole, and then 2 weeks later I saw and heard the heartbeat.
