Do it by assembling facts and using them. Don't fall into the trap of confusing the actions of one government body with a request that this government made of an international body. Read the reasons for Congress authorizing military action against Iraq in the law which was passed. Put aside any personal feelings you might have of any elected official. Don't use any animosity you might feel against that official to buttress your argument. It doesn't. It just amounts to petty, juvenile bashing. And, finally, quit looking at Iraq as a war. It's just one of the theaters of operation in this war. One of many. Not just Afghanistan, but areas where CNN, FNC and MSNBC don't have their cameras because they don't know how to read a map.
When you get done with all of that, present a logical alternative to the present course of military actions being carried out at present. Don't put forth any thought of negotiating with the Salafist Jihadists who attacked this country in 2001 and other U.S.-related targets earlier. It is a dangerous tactic to use because they might show up. But, they will only walk in the room, shoot you in the head and end your protest.

Aren't you already doing that, I would say that the choice you are making is much better than burning the American flag in protest and joining in protests shouting against the US, which is what Bill Clinton did.
I didn't agree with the Vietnam war any more than Clinton, the difference is that I love my country so I enlisted and served from 1966 to 1969.
You have your first amendment rights because of men like those that are fighting in Iraq and all of us that have fought in previous wars.
Soldiers are giving their life for our liberties, use them and don't let me or anyone else tell you otherwise. I fought for it, you are a citizen speak out.
For those that may ask why I complain about Clinton for demonstrating against the war, I don't, demonstration is free speech, but burning my flag is NOT!!

If America had two or more viable parties, i would say vote, but listening to the Speaker of the House, the Dems done have any control eventhough they hold majorities in both houses.
Im sad to say so, but politically, there arent any options for voicing opposition.
I say reduce dependence on fossil fuels. Help returning soldiers as much as possible. Make sure any young kids signing up for the army have a chance to talk to some soliders coming back from iraq.
Reality clears up things real quick.

Spend your money on newspapers; and/or, send them around that offer what they stand for-- a free press, the right to be informed.
Secondly, realize that you do not pay taxes on any form of news, just for that exact reason.

I love this Question, it is easy to have your voice heard. Yet getting others to do it is another issue, Americans seem to be very lazy when it comes to acting on issues and just sit and wait on our government to cause more hate upon us. Then bush will blaim it on the terrorist hehe. when he is who is causing terror. Please copy, paste and write to your congress and senates today. Peace Be With Us InshaaAllah!

First of all, anyone that is against the war is a fool. We did not start it, and if we stop fighting it it won't go away. Our enemies will continue to attack us whether we fight back or not. Being against this war is no different than being against self-defense, and that's foolish.
