Unless your laboratory has at atmospheric defect, no sublimation will occur.

Sublimation is when a material changes from solid directly to gas. For water, this cannot happen at atmospheric pressure. So, the answer is "none".

Ice can sublimate only if the ambient temperature is subzero. If the lab temperature is above freezing point of water there will be a liquid phase present.
