Its part of the right wing spin machine and the trust that the American people, who are overwhelmingly headline readers and nothing more, can be lied enough so they question Obama thus putting him on the skids and keeping him away from the issues.
It worked with Kerry.
The reason it did not work during the last election is because the people are so sick and tired of right wing BS that even though the American people are overwhelming misinformed, because of what I pointed out above, the right just simply headlined themselves into oblivion.
I know, I worked in the business of news for a decade and know that people are headline driven. Be it from newspapers, to 15 second sound bites in our nightly news. That is why we got into two wars, because the headlines seem to support the war and the evidence, while the opposing view was buried in the story, or inside the paper. Which most people never see.
Peace
Jim

Those who are scared to death to talk REAL issues resort to personal attacks and name calling. They seem to not realize that people will eventually discover the truth
Here is a quote from one of their idols that must be what they are trying to do:
"If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State." --Third Reich Propaganda Minister Josef Goebbels.

I don't believe that he comes close to being a terrorist. However, I don't think that he has enough experience at this point to become our President. Also, I doubt that anyone on the Democratic ticket can beat the Clinton machine.
I can easily see him running again in the future and if he's more experienced than his opponent, winning.

I don't think he is a Muslim terrorist, unless one considers a person likely to raise taxes and neuter the strongest nation in the free world.
Obama might not even be a Muslim, but attending a Liberal Church does NOT mean he is a Christian. Besides, Liberals hate Christians, what gives?
Obama is a poor liar. He makes up stuff wholesale because it sounds good. He tells whoppers all the time during his campaigning. What voters would want to elect someone who cannot be believed?

Conservatives will do anything to win an election. They'll need to do a whole lot more this time though. Independents aint buying their act this time around.
And while he may be part Muslim, the fact that his father named him Barack (a Hebrew name), shows he didn't come from a very religious Muslim background.

Obama, Osama... you can see how you might get those mixed up if you aren't paying attention.
In the case of those who realize they're talking about a presidential candidate, though, you can only chalk it up to the kind of partizan dysphoria that brought us BDS.

It's only the GOP slander machine in action.
If they are scared then you can be sure Obama is a good man for the people.
They know who is good for the people and who they should try to slander.
