Yeah (c) because

a) temp is moderate ( well we have high pressure days in January and its bellow zero!)

b) the density of the air is less ( well if pressure is high than how can density be low?)

d) relative humidity is close to zero ( nope this can't be, because there will alway be moisture in the air even in Antarctica which is the coldest desert )

C is the correct answer. High pressure forms when generally cooler, denser air sinks towards the surface (called an anticyclone). This sinking air makes it difficult for convection to raise warm, less dense, moist air off the surface to form clouds.

Google search 'Cloud in a Bottle', you can do it at home and see for yourself that high pressure stops cloud formation.

When the air pressure is high, it is easier for birds to fly at a higher altitude. If the air pressure is low, indicating bad weather, birds can’t fly as high because the air is less dense.

I would say B.
