I am an ebay addict (lol) and I just bought an item and i ALWAYS use paypal but they only accept personal checks or cashier orders??? I HAD TO HAVE this item!! it was SUCH A GOOD DEAL!! so i was wondering HOW TO PAY WITH PERSONAL CHECKS??

do i LITERLY just write out a check to them for the amount and mail it in the mail??

that makes me nervous...mailing money~! or am i jus bein paranoid?? shuld i not be? have other people done it!?!

ok so some of yall are saying pay with a money order form...well i dont know what or how to get that either!!

sorry i am completely clueless about this! i'm just used to paypal~

i wasnt coming on here asking for grammar help!! im asking for ebay help, so if you want to answer a grammar question your in the wrong category!!!!!

yes thats what you do.
BUT be very careful with that.
I know a couple different people who got screwed over on that. and sent the check and no item and then the seller ended up getting the boot.
So make sure you are positive about them and that they have NO negative ratings.

If the seller said that's what they wanted, then yes, that's what you do. Send it in a business envelope, inside something else like two index cards or something. That should take care of your feeling paranoid, so that no one can tell it's a check in there. Again, if that's what the seller wanted and you already purchased the item, that's what you do.

If you don't want to send a personal check and they do accept money orders/cashier's checks, then do that. Just make sure you either scan a copy or keep the stub they give you, and let the ebay seller know when you've sent it and what the stub number was.

You can mail a check but I wouldn't. I'd mail a money order to them.

yeah its fine to mail a check... if you really are that worried though mail a cashier check, then you pay for it right then. i cant remember if you do cashier checks at post office or bank.. i think maybe even either...

Contact the person for shipping info & write it out & mail it.

I stick with using my card that way if it turns out that it was a credit fruad I can get a refund.
