I think it's because cigarette makers want to add the required amount of nicotine in all tobacco products to insure users get addicted. Natural tobacco has far less nicotine than the processed products. Hence the birth of tobacco lobbyist and politicians with champagne wishes and caviar dreams.

give it a little bit of time. the non-wacky tobacky will be illegal too. maybe not technically "illegal", but you won't be able to smoke them anywhere, so it might as well be. the way this country is moving, everything will be illegal eventually except watching g-rated movies while snacking on celery sticks. just remember, the people can't be trusted to make their own decisions so the government has to do it for us.

No oversite and not fda approved. Cigarettes were grandfather in to FDA.
