Contact the police in the city and state he married 'ol girl in, that is where the crime of bigamy was committed. Not a lot of states prosecute this crime, I hope you get him! Depending on how badly you want to see him charged, if the police or the DA won't charge him, contact the local news media in that area, bug the hell out of the mayor of the city that he lives in until you get some action! Sorry he mistreated you.

Being married to more than one individual in this country is ILLEGAL! There is NO state in this country that will allow it. If you can prove that he is legally married to another woman and is not legally divorced from you then all you have to do is get a lawyer and the lawyer will take control of the situation. I'm sure your husband will be arrested for bigamy bc of it being illegal. Then it will go from there.
Hope I've helped. Good luck!

Take a copy of your marriage certificate, your divorce decree, and any evidence you have of when he married the other woman to an attorney. They can supoena the court records of his marriage, and they can file bigamy charges against him. His marriage to this other woman is null and void if you can prove this, and he can be charged with falsifying court documents, purjury (sp?) and maybe some other things. It may take some time to get all the info together since he married in another state, but an attorney can let you know about that. Good luck to you. I'm sorry you were treated so poorly.

Call your local sheriff's department explain the situation show them the proof of the marriage between you and him and your divorce papers give them the name he is using now along with the other wife and they will investigate it and charge him .
If they dont theres always your local news station. Some time's the police and taxation office just needa nudge in the right direction from a nosey reporter.

Sweet Jesus or some other divine source of help...whoa.
That SUCKS!
Aren't marriage licenses a public record? Do you know the place where he got the license? See if you can get a copy sent to where you are (you might have to pay a fee, but if it's for bigamy, maybe you can get compensated...)
I dunno. Have you already gone through your divorce proceedings? This should be brought up, for sure. They should be able to get those records for a court case.
I guess it should be part of your divorce proceedings. Like, if you already have it, you should be able to pull the case back up and give them the evidence if it's already gone through, but if not, I think it would be part of the trial thingy when you get divorced. Plus his other marriage is illegal.
That's messed up! Hope you get...whatever you're asking for. Cheating lying bigamist...what a scumbag! Ugh.
Sorry to hear that.

Since he lied on the marriage certificate its probably null and void number one...Secondly talk to your local DA and he/she will help you file the charges..Maybe you should call that Lorana Bobbit .....Also there may be other cases other wives in other states so your DA can launch an investigation into this matter..After that you should file a civil suit and take everything he has or ever will to help compensate you for the pain and suffering ..Good Luck

The marriage to the other woman is void. It wasn't legal. I don't know that he'll get into any sort of trouble, but his marriage isn't valid... maybe call the court house's marriage license dept. where he obtained it.

Oooh, this is a good one. Hire a divorce attorney and get his butt in trouble. The attorney can probably get a copy of the marriage certificate from the other state. Oooooh.
