Because of the hear factor thing and also the rust that may come due to metal Do I need a different primer than for the walls and trim?? What brand do you recomend ?? THANKS for your help.

Good first answer, and I think Rustolium, Probably the wrong spelling ,has primer for radiators also.
Go to a local hardware store for real answerer's, BUT do not use regular primer or paint for your radiators. PLEASE!

You can use an automotive engine spray paint.It comes in many colors and it can take the heat.
