i was trying on some clothes in the BEBE store Sunday and the girl in the next room was popping the sensor tags off the clothes. the sensor must have sounded off and the store personnel barged into my room where the problem was in the next room. well, they figured it out that it wasn't me but i was half naked when they barged in. besides filing a complaint, should i look into suing them too?

Most definately. I can't believe they did that! I would contact an attorney that handles civil rights violations. Contact your State Bar Association and ask for an attorney referral in your area. Consultations are usually free or they charge very very little.

p.s. Keep a notebook and make sure that you write down exactly what happened that day (time, date, names, names of employees or managers, store location, etc). BE DETAILED.

If you spoke with a Bebe manager or rep, make sure you get their name and also detail what was said in the conversation.

If you were with someone in the store (friend, family member), have them write out what they witnesses and have it notarized.

hell yeah! just do it. they have no right to barge in that way even if they assume u were doing it. plus, i think someone actually has to see u do it or if they think u did it, they have to wait til ur out of the store. SUE THEM!
