where can i burn over a used cd?

I want 2 know where u can burn over used cds

if its a CDRW which means you can keep rewriting over it you should be able to do it in your media player, but if the CD is rewritable and it has been finalized then you cant do it.

You can't burn over a burned cd unless the cd is a CD-RW. It'll say that on the label if it's possible. RW means rewritable

You have to upload the files on the cd and delete them.

this is impossible unless its a CD+/-RW, which stands for ReWritable.
