I have come to the conclusion that it does no good to post a source on here. Your opponents will say it is biased or not true anyway and those that agree with you do not need the source to begin with.
Your thoughts?

It depends on who is reading what you say. I often just read a question, read the answers, and go on. If you pose the question in a humble ;manner rather than in an opinionated style, you will persuade many people. This is a political section, there are no wrong or right answers.

Sources are good to show what other people think.
But that's because politics is a very touchy forum, and places like the YA math section is very different. There, sources are respected, and so are the people.

IWell I always say consider the source. Today there are many and a lot of them are simply opinions. It is hard to get any that are strictly unbiased.

It's like the addage "Don't make excuses. Your friends don't need it and your enemies don't care." I post them when I feel it's needed but if they don't take the source I don't think about it. That's their loss.

If your source is impeccable, use it. Otherwise, forget it.
