Change destination of European train ticket?

I have a first-class train ticket from Prague to Munich. However, I need to go to Frankfurt instead. Can I exchange my ticket, or change the destination?

Contact the place that sold you to ticket.
Often they have a way to change it, but it might be 'return and sell and new ticket' rather than change.
