No, he came here because of the UN & because he wanted to thumb his figurative nose at the gov't by proving he can do what he pleases & say what he wants. He also wanted to spread his propanganda around and get the various members of the wishy-washy, corrupted UN in his back pocket so he can do whatever he wants.

No, he's not even remotely eligible to do so. It would be nice to see the political parties attack him like they do eachother's candidates, though.
