NOT MORE THAN A TABLESPOON,. Probably a teaspoon,
It is best to not overwater seeds, and seedlings . Overwatering can increase the chance of virus and die-off.

Once seeds have begun to sprout, only extreme conditions will set them back. too much water is far more damaging than too little water. Good luck.

The soil should be kept just moist until they sprout. Than water only when they start to get dry but do it consistantly. Don't let them dry completly and than use a lot of water. With that little soil you will have to sprinkle it almost everyday.
