Women are not SILLY for asking men to be monogamous.
Men who can not be monogamous should be in an open relationship with a woman who feels the same way. Vice Versa if it is the woman.

If someone cheated it is not ok. It is not ok for the other person to either. A relationship takes communication and honesty. Accountability. Cheating is not acceptable to you or you would not ask this question.
It ruins trust in the relationship that has to rebuilt. It hurts on so many different levels. It is a betrayal. It does not really matter who betrayed who first. It can matter who betrayed who last. Or maybe it doesn't. I hope you get some good advice if you need it. This does not have to be some vicious cycle. I am sure you will get alot of advice about how its not cheating if they are in an open marriage but HELLO those people seem to cater and find ones that are not in an open marriage, some who are married or in a relationship.
They have an agenda and they do not care who involved gets hurt.

No women are not silly to ask for a monogamous relationship because there is a time to be ready for a relationship of that kind. Women should have a better instinct on the type of person they are dealing with before they become involved with them or even marry them. It's not right for a man nor women to cheat. I guess society has everyone thinking it's okay nowadays even though it is not the ethical thing to do.

I don't think that it is more acceptable for a man to cheat and I don't think it's silly for women to ask men to be monogamous. If my husband were to cheat on me, I wouldn't be cheating because it would be over instantly.

It's better just to open the marriage up. Make love to each other but have sex (safely) with others. It is a lot more fun when everything is out in the open. Saying I am having sex too often outside the marriage is like saying I spent too much money at the mall last week. You work out the issues to make sure everyone is ok with it all. Just watch out for STDs and stalkers.

Yes to the first question. If is done to you then cheat then move on. I did just that a few times. Lets him know how it feels. And I sure felt better. No it is not silly to want one to be committed only to you.

Marriage means both parties should be faithful to one another. If the husband cheats, it is not a reason for the wife to cheat also. If the husband cheats, wife should simply leave.

It's never acceptable to cheat, regardless of gender. People shouldn't bother getting married if they are not going to be able to commit themselves to only the other person.

No it is not acceptable for anyone who is married to cheat. Dont settle for anything less then you deserve. Marriage is based on trust and loyalty if these are gone then so is the marriage.

It's never acceptable to cheat regardless of gender. Nor does it make it right to go out and try and one up a cheating partner by doing it yourself, it's a childish and petty move.
