The earth is theoretically divided in two parts. One above the Equator and the other below it. The upper is Northern Hemisphere and the lower is called the Southern Hemisphere.
Look at the map.
Australia is below the Equator.
The answer is clear. Australia is in the Southern Hemisphere.

I live in Australia. Our maps and Globes are all the same as those in America. An Australian made World Map can sometimes have Australia centred like American maps have America centred, but I've never seen a globe like you're asking about. That'd be weird and incorrect. The most unusual map I've come across(which is used for a joke) has the world map upside down with Australia centred. It's called a 'down under' map.
