if you have a sinus infection. do you need to see a doctor for antibiotics or will it just go away on its own?

It depends on how bad it gets. I have chronic sinusitis and have had infections go away on their own. I take extra doses of vitamin C and use a nasal saline spray every day to flush out the sinus cavities. If you have severe sinus pressure and you are running a fever of 100.4 or higher you will probably need the antibiotics to get rid of it.

Use saline spray everyday to prevent sinus infections, it works for me.
