Easy, any *positive* value x will result in -x being negative. So x = 0.0001, x = pi, x = 2, x = 300 million, x = 6 * 10^23, etc. are all valid answers.

Invalid answers would be 0 or anything negative, because the negative of a negative is positive. And the opposite of zero is zero (which is non-negative).

Right now, it's 25 degrees celsius here. If X is the room temp where I am, -x is negative.

The answer is ALL POSITIVE NUMBERS will yield a negative answer for -x.

Sample:

Say, x = 30.

Then -(30) = -30

For all Positive x's, -x will be -ve,like
for x=10 -x=-10 & so on.
