There are no dumb questions in OB; that's what I tell my patients! One of the belts has a pressure sensitive device that they place over your fundus at the top of your uterus-that's where contractions are easiest felt. If there is a tightening there, the device picks it up and transmits the strength to the monitor and you see it print out on the lower portion of the paper. It's possible for you to be having contractions and not feel them.

Sounds like Braxton Hicks contractions. If they look to be widespread, you will have to relaxation and drink a few water. The extra hydrated you're the fewer you'll have them. If you have been in early hard work, the contractions would not stop, they could simply preserve getting more potent. As a ways as the release, so long as there's no smell or something, it is traditional. Your frame raises vaginal discharge in instruction for supply, it is going to occur by way of the relaxation of your being pregnant. The diarrhea used to be often whatever you ate.

Yes they can, and trust me, it gets really annoying with your husband sitting next to you going, "oh, here comes another one hunny," or "ohhhh that was a bad one", or "that one wasn't so bad", and you're going, "ya think," and "not bad, would you like to trade places lover boy?" Sometimes you'll wish they unplugged that puppy. lol : )
