need a new look?

Question

recently i have gone for a more smart casual look (denims,dressy top and pair of dressy shoes/boots am thinking on gettin a a new hair cut and colour which would u suggest a look for teen mother(aged 19) i want the look to be easy tyed back when needed,look prefessonal and also to look sexish any thoughtsmy skin tone is a reddish pink colour
colour of eyes are a green blue
main reason am going for a smartier look is because am a new mother and want to look and feel good

Maybe a darker/ burgundy color... I have and olive complexion as well as blue/ green eyes myself and I loved my hair that color because it looked great with my eyes. As for the cut, I would suggest shoulder length cuz in layers? that way its still long enough to pull back and if u leave pieces out it is also a sexy look

You should dye your hair in black colour, black hair, and blue eyes match in a good way.
