I don't know where sweet_blonde... is, but her answer is wrong anywhere in the US. Unless you were going more than 20 mph over the limit or have multiple tickets, your license won't be suspended. If your license is actually in jeopardy, and you can't pay the fine, I expect your license will be suspended at least until you pay.

That is mindless. perhaps they don't seem to be probably officers of the regulation. i could keep going and pull into the medical institution and in the event that they wanted acceptable me a value tag and that i could combat that for the period of court docket. sounds loopy even though it would desire to be a distinction in the place we live too. I surely have drove speedy and via site visitors lighting fixtures furniture attempting to get my youngster to the medical institution until now nad once I pulled up and took her out working into the ER they observed mr in and made specific it replaced into truley an emergancy, and then left. they might had wrote me a value tag, and that would desire to have been positive, yet they did not.

When you go to court ask them if a speed study was done on the street where you were pulled over for speeding and have them provide the documentation, if there wasn't one done they can't give you a ticket for speeding. Most people don't know this.
If you don't get out of it ask what your options are, I don't know. Maybe you can do traffic school.
Good Luck!

Your question tells me that you were going excessively fast and/or you have previous violations. Not much chance of getting it reduced in any case. Most courts can give payment plans.
