I know that it is not Snow White, Belle, Cinderella, Jasmine, Mulan, Pocahontas, Aurora, or Ariel. I saw the dress on a Disney Princesses Costume patern, and want to know what princess wears the dress. Please if anyone knows please tell me.

There are only 8 Disney Princesses and you named them all already. The only Maroon with black overlay I can think of would be Mulan's:

You may be thinking of the evil fairy Maleficent (sometimes spelled Malificent) from Disney's Sleeping Beauty.
