Purple Tactics, I just visited the Philippines earlier this month, and I do remember seeing a Dr. Marten's store in Glorietta. Not sure which section of Glorietta (1, 2, 3 or 4) , but I know it's there. Hope it helps.

Dr. Marten prooducts are available in most major malls in the Philippines. Some Dr. Martens (Doc Martens) stores and retailers can be found at the Block in SM North EDSA, SM Megamall Building B, and Glorietta Mall.

Well, the last time I was in Makati was 3 years ago, But I know there is Dr Marten's store in Glorietta.
and they do sell that brand in any SM and Landmark.

in glorietta, if im not mistaken it's in the ground floor G2 i think (sorry im not good with the numbers there ^_^).There is also a merchandise store in Shaw blvd (a neat store, with babyland on the top where they also sell discounted nike stuff) -- just follow the road to Kalentong and at the end of the flyover, there's the building.

almost everyone had mentioned a place or two of where to find dr marten's regular store, i saw a discount store which sells Dr martens and nike shoes. all original! its a small decent shop along shaw blvd, in mandaluyong, near wack-wack... its at Facilities Center, in between Palladium entrance (subdivision) and Governors place(condo).
there's an office tower beside palladium, i forgot whats the name. if your from edsa driving along shaw towards west, its on your left.
