Sure... the World will end.
When?
Very unlikely that we will see it.
Not probable.
considering how long we have been on this planet compared to the other creatures whom roamed this planet.
If you are asking about the next ... natural disaster?
Well.... a plague is due.
Certainly... every 50 to 100 years there is something that wipes out the human population.
There are way more people in our cities than before... concentrated... and more reliant on others to survive.
Remember the Black out? If the power hadn't come on within a week!... riots would have started.... why? because... food shortages would prevail.
Grocery stores are capable of holding enough food for about four weeks. If food couldn't be shipped soon enough... people would start to starve!
That to me... would be closer to the end of modern civilization.
Just two weeks without POWER... could crumble this whole nation!

'The World' is a large planet. Will it 'end' in our lifetime? No, of course not. Will humanity survive? Hard to say. If we don't stop poisoning everything around us and we don't stop breeding like bunnies, we're not going to survive for long, that's for sure.

No. But the more people believe it will the less pleasant life will be, because they have no reason to support policies that take the effect on future generations into account.

read "revelations" in the bible- then observe the things going on in our world critically- you will notice things are getting worse each day and people are getting worse, mean and rotten to each other, all this is predicted in the bible and yes the world will be ending soon, so get ready and save your soul now

Possibly... I dunno. How old are you?
I'm 44 and I think it's highly likely the Rapture is imminent, (within 60 years or so...).
