We live in a house that was purchased in my name during the marriage. There is no hope of saving the marriage. How do I get her out?

Get a bunch of rats & snakes & turn them loose in the house, when she leaves sell the house. Just joking the house is 1/2 her's.

I suppose you will need to file for divorce... i'm not sure that you can make her go anywhere, as long as she isn't violent or abusive...
It's her home until the divorce is final.
remember you loved her once, so give her a break... talk about this like adults...figure out what each of you needs to do.

Sit down and talk with her like two grown-up and responsible adults. Lay all your cards on the table and be very specific in informing her that you want her out of your life. It is better to be honest than making false pretenses.

well legally you cant get her out unless you sell the property. so if i was you i would try to come to terms with her on a solution that works for both of you. Maybe she is willing to get out of the house if you can manage to annoy her.

Explain to her how it's not working out. Try to work out your marriage. Especially if you have kids, you should try to help keep your marriage together.

Legally, your wife doesn't need to leave the marital home until you divorce. So, why don't you quit whinning and get off your butt and file.

call the police and tell them you want her out. stay very calm and show them the paper with your name only on it, they will give her 30 minutes to get a few belongings together and escort her out. It happened to my mother-in-law. she refused to leave, he acted like he went to work one morning and called teh police his name was only one the house, she had to leave. and if she harassed you in anyway get a restraining order.

If you are in a community property state she owns half. Why don't you leave instead?
