The glob of clear mucus was probably your mucus plug. Your cervix is starting to dialate. You don't have to have contractions to lose your plug. If your concerned you can call your doctor. But ti doesn't mean your in labor. I've been losing pieces of my plug for the past week now. Good luck with the new baby, hope everything goes well.

you probably just passed the mucus plug. contractions can start anytime from now up to a week. i started having contractions exactly a week after i passed the plug. good luck! seems like your time is coming!

You lost the mucus plug. Usually labor starts within 72 hours of this event. You should probably call the doctor and inform them of this - they may wish to check you. Oh and Congrats!!

Sound like you just lost your mucus plug. That means that you are begining to dialate. So call whoever is going to be with you cause your going to have a baby.

Nothing really...... i mean that was your mucus plug it's just means that your cervix it thinning out and getting ready for labor. it may be days or a week for you to start labor i am pretty sure you are going to have your new lil addition pretty soon!! yay congratz!

Sit tight! Its the mucous plug and means nothing unless you are having contractions 5 min apart! :) Good Luck

Well its probobly jsut your mucus plug. It should mean you'll go into labor within the next week or so..jsut wait it out..:)

labor is near.... :) congrats.... did you let the dr. know??? Nothing to worry about though, it was probably your mucus plug! go for a long walk or have lots and lots of sex.... helps to onset labor!
